2. Shipping & Order Information
2.1 Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day.
- Weekend orders are fulfilled on Mondays.
2.2 Delayed or Lost Orders
- If an order remains undelivered beyond:
- 14 business days (Australia & EU)
- 21 business days (International)
- Customers may contact us for tracking assistance and replacement options.
2.3 Incorrect Addresses
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require re-shipping at the customer’s expense.
2.4 Order Changes & Cancellations
- Changes or cancellations must be requested within two (2) hours of purchase (during business hours).
- After this period, the Return Policy applies.
- Customized orders are non-refundable.
2.5 Uncollected Orders
- Uncollected orders can be re-shipped for an additional fee.
- If an uncollected order is returned and the customer requests a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

3.2 Christmas Delivery Cutoff
