2. Shipping & Order Information

2.1 Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day.
  • Weekend orders are fulfilled on Mondays.

2.2 Delayed or Lost Orders

  • If an order remains undelivered beyond:
    • 14 business days (Australia & EU)
    • 21 business days (International)
    • Customers may contact us for tracking assistance and replacement options.

2.3 Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require re-shipping at the customer’s expense.

2.4 Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within two (2) hours of purchase (during business hours).
  • After this period, the Return Policy applies.
  • Customized orders are non-refundable.

2.5 Uncollected Orders

  • Uncollected orders can be re-shipped for an additional fee.
  • If an uncollected order is returned and the customer requests a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Holiday Season Shipping

3.1 Seasonal Delays
Due to increased demand during the holiday season, order deliveries may experience a delay of up to one (1) week. We appreciate your patience and are committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently as possible. For any inquiries, please contact our support team.

3.2 Christmas Delivery Cutoff

  • Deadline: December 12
    While our guaranteed Christmas delivery cutoff has passed, orders can still be placed. However, delivery by December 25 cannot be assured. Our support team is available to assist with any questions.
