1. General Terms
Wall of Art Studio maintains a high standard of craftsmanship, and all artwork requires careful handling. Customers are advised to avoid bulk purchasing with the intent of returning a portion of the order. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, and return labels are not provided.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Return Window
Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If more than thirty (30) days have passed, returns are only permitted if the item remains in transit with active tracking.
2.2 Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging or securely packed in a comparable protective tube or box. Returns that do not meet these packaging standards may be declined.
2.3 Return Costs and Fees
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- No restocking fee will be applied.
- For uncollected items or refused deliveries, a return handling fee may be deducted from the refund.
2.4 Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized in advance. Customers must contact info@wallofartstudio.com to obtain approval before shipping any items. The return shipping address will be provided upon approval.
2.5 Liability for Returns
Returns and exchanges are processed at the customer’s risk and expense. In cases where returned items arrive damaged, a reduced refund may be issued.
3. Damaged or Defective Goods
3.1 Reporting Damages
If an item arrives damaged, the customer must notify info@wallofartstudio.com within thirty (30) days of delivery.
3.2 Required Documentation
Customers must provide detailed photographs of:
- The damaged item
- Packaging (including exterior and interior protection)
- Shipping label
3.3 Packaging Retention
Customers are required to retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Approval and Timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will receive an email confirmation. If approved, refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days via the original payment method.
4.2 Delayed or Missing Refunds
If a refund has not been received within the specified period, customers should contact info@wallofartstudio.com for assistance.
5. Exchange Policy
5.1 Eligibility for Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within thirty (30) days of receipt. Customers must provide the following photographs when requesting an exchange:
- Front and back of the print
- Packaging (front, back, and inner protection)
- Package label
5.2 Exchange Costs and Processing
- No additional shipping costs will be applied for replacement items.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- No restocking fee will be applied.
- Exchange delivery times may vary based on location.
